Paid features are offered through subscription plans. Plan details, limits, and pricing are shown in-app and may change over time.

If you start a trial, paid billing begins when the trial ends unless you cancel before renewal.

You may use Planiberry only in compliance with applicable law, platform policies, and these terms.

You retain rights to content you provide, including profile context and draft text. You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate and improve Planiberry.

AI outputs are suggestions and may require review before publishing. You are responsible for final content you post through or with Planiberry.

Planiberry software, design, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these terms, all rights are reserved.

You may not copy, resell, or sublicense the service without written permission.

Planiberry integrates with third-party providers such as payment services, analytics tools, and AI providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use those integrations.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or actions outside our control.

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of Planiberry at any time. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may add or adjust plan limits, feature sets, and usage policies as the product evolves.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create legal or security risk.

You may stop using Planiberry at any time. Cancellation affects future billing periods as described in your plan terms.

Planiberry is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific growth results, engagement outcomes, or lead volume.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Planiberry and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to amounts paid by you to Planiberry in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify Planiberry against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email where required.

Continued use of Planiberry after an update means you accept the revised terms.
